Komen Race for the Cure Columbus: CAPS Cares

Columbus Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery is happy to announce our continued involvement in raising breast cancer awareness via our participation in the Komen Columbus Race for the Cure.   The Race for the Cure event takes place this year on Saturday, May 19, and our staff is excited to once again participate as a company team: CAPS Cares

The Board Certified Plastic Surgeons at Columbus Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery are actively involved in the study and practice of breast reconstruction and regularly work to improve the lives of women who have undergone a full or partial mastectomy for breast cancer, whether as a treatment after diagnosis or as a precautionary measure for high-risk individuals. At CAPS, we understand the difficulty not only of dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis but also of the decisions one must make in its aftermath. Our surgeons can discuss tissue expanders, implants and flaps not only as professionals who understand the procedures but as people who are regularly immersed in the emotional and family considerations surrounding them.

If you have any questions or want to learn more about either options for breast reconstruction in Columbus, call our office at (614) 246-6900 or send our Columbus Plastic Surgeons an email.
