Education & Experience

Dr. Christine Edwards completed her medical degree at the West Virginia University Medical Center. She offers a diverse medical background as she began her medical career practicing Emergency Medicine at Monongalia General Hospital in West Virginia. She has extensive experience caring for patients with acute illnesses and injuries which require immediate medical attention including Level One trauma, medical resuscitation, acute care with complex emergent procedures, and general emergency services. Dr. Edwards also served as a Clinical Instructor of Emergency Medicine with West Virginia University Hospital teaching the next generation of Emergency Medicine doctors.

After moving to Oklahoma City, she worked as a Staff Physician with Meridian Occupational Health Care at Baptist Hospital. Practicing occupational medicine, Dr. Edwards provided high quality medical care and rehabilitation for work-related injuries and illnesses.

Returning to Columbus, Ohio with her husband and their four children, Dr. Edwards decided to pursue her life-long passion for aesthetic medicine and completed advanced training in cosmetic medicine and aesthetic laser procedures:

Dr. Edwards’s commitment to helping others extends beyond the health care field. She is involved in charity and educational efforts including sponsoring the financial and spiritual support of an underprivileged child in Rwanda, Africa for the last 12 years with Compassion Ministry International. Through the Partners in Conservation Organization, she has supported the growth and sustainment of the Imbabazi Orphanage and Ubemwe Community Center in Rwanda, Africa. Dr. Edwards has also been involved with both the Pleasure Guild Children’s Hospital and the Childhood League.

Currently residing in Upper Arlington, Oh, Dr. Edwards has been active in many community efforts including the Upper Arlington Library Renovation Campaign as well as a parent coordinator for many years with Jones Middle School Tennis and Lacrosse, Upper Arlington High School Tennis, Lacrosse and Water Polo, and Santos Soccer.
