Eliminate lines and wrinkles

Throughout our lives, the effects of environmental pollutants and sun damage take their toll on our skin. Contour Tunable Resurfacing Laser Peel (TRL™) can help with these conditions and address problematic lines, especially around the eyes and mouth. TRL allows new cell and collagen growth and is widely regarded as the safest and most effective laser available.

TRL allows new cell and collagen growth and is widely regarded as the safest and most effective laser available.

Treats these common conditions:

▪ Scarring
▪ Sun damage
▪ Actinic keratoses
▪ Skin laxity
▪ Fine lines and wrinkles
▪ Age spots
▪ Stretch marks
▪ Uneven texture and tone

How does it work?

The Contour TRL safely removes a layer of skin to a depth determined by the provider. The depth of treatment will depend on the skin condition, your desired outcome, and expectation for downtime. Contour TRL can affect tissue with micron precision, which means our providers can treat your skin with the exact amount of energy needed – no more, no less. Treating skin with a laser stimulates the growth of new collagen, which improves the skin’s thickness and resilience. The skin surface will also regrow with fresh, healthy cells, which will give your skin a younger, rejuvenated appearance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a Contour TRL Laser Peel do?

A Contour TRL Laser Peel can be very successful at reducing or eliminating these conditions. Though there are several different types of lasers used to perform peels, the Contour TRL is widely regarded as the safest, most effective laser available. Several areas of the body can be treated, though the most commonly treated areas are the face and neck. Laser peels are often combined with traditional plastic surgery procedures to further improve results.

What happens during my treatment?

What happens during my treatment?

One hour prior to your procedure, a topical numbing compound will be applied to the treated area. Once numb, the provider will position the laser handpiece above the skin and hold it in place as the computer-guided scanner moves the laser beam around the treatment area. Procedure duration will vary depending on the area being treated.

What happens after my treatment?

Patient response will vary depending on the depth of the treatment. Redness will last five to 14 days, or longer for deeper peels. Swelling is typical. The provider will advise you on specific post-treatment care. Exposure to the sun should be avoided until healing is complete.

It is recommended that you always use a broad spectrum sunblock to avoid further damage to your skin. Makeup and normal daily activities may resume as soon as healing is complete. Immediate results will be noticeable; however, your skin will continue to improve over the next four to six months with increasing tightness and resilience.
