Emily Kauffeld is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and currently practices functional medicine in the Wellness Center at CAPS. She came to CAPS with over five years of nursing experience with Ohio Health where she worked on a cardiovascular step-down unit. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Otterbein University. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing with Ohio University. She takes a comprehensive and natural approach to healthcare with a goal of getting to the root cause of your problems. She has a passion for taking the time to truly get to know her patients and their needs and helping them lead happier, healthier lives by decreasing risk factors for chronic illnesses and creating health for life. She has special interests in preventative medicine, overall wellness, hormone and nutrient optimization, stress management/adrenal fatigue and nutrition. She enjoys helping her patients feel like their best self!

Dr. Kelly Hall is a physician dedicated to disease prevention and wellness. She believes everyone has the ability to live longer and healthier lives through optimizing nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
Focusing on root cause analysis of illness rather than treating symptoms, she approaches her patients from a personalized and holistic viewpoint. She has a passion for health and making patients aware that there are other options available besides traditional medical solutions.
Dr. Hall completed her undergraduate degree at Miami University and graduated from The Ohio State University Medical School. She completed her internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Riverside Methodist Hospital and her residency in Family Medicine at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Following completion of her residency, she was appointed Clinical Faculty at Regions Hospital Department of Family Medicine. She returned to Columbus in 2005 and served as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at The Ohio State University from 2005-2015, caring for OSU faculty and staff in her primary care practice at University Health Services. Dr. Hall’s practice has been dedicated to wellness and functional medicine since 2015. She has completed additional training in fertility education and management, bioidentical hormone replacement, and functional medicine.
Julie Grafmeyer is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a dedication to disease prevention and wellness. She has special interests in hormone optimization, gut health, nutrition, environmental toxins, and heart health.
Julie completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Toledo and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Kent State University. She has assisted patients in Cleveland Clinic as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Navigator, with a focus in cardiology and thoracic surgery. She has also served as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and preceptor for nursing and nurse practitioner students at OSU Wexner Medical Center and Central Ohio Primary Care Hospitalist Group. Throughout her time in the acute care hospital setting, Julie has maintained a focus on natural approaches to disease management including dietary modifications, stress reduction techniques, importance of exercise and detoxification, and appropriate supplementation.
